Outdoor Wednesday ... Chipmunk Turkey

It's Outdoor Wednesday
over at Susan's Place

Be sure to stop by and see what she
and many others are sharing with us all today.

What a difference a week makes...
This is a view of the snow covering
the field at my husbands
hunting property.

Here's that field a week later...
The wild turkey's all out an about playing
in the beautiful green fields.

Hopefully they've all found good hiding spots..
because turkey season opens in a couple
of weeks here in Georgia.

I spotted this lil fella..
all Camoflauged by the leaves.
If you click on the picture you can enlarge it to
see him better.

His lil cheeks are stuffed full of corn..

We have quite a few chipmunks running around...
they take advantage of the corn buffet
provided by the Redneck Monster Feeder.

Thank You For Visiting
Have A Blessed Day,

  3. I love the wild turkeys! The first time I ever saw a wild turkey was in Wisconsin and it happened to be on Thanksgiving. He should have been in hiding!
